Spider City
Killed 3 spiders in my house last night. They look like small brown thingies but when you photograph them all these detail come alive. Unfortunately this 32 image stack is problematic. The depth of field is so small (hence the 32 images) the out of focus areas appear very large. This can be seen if …
Bugging
Found a bug in our trash, so I shot em. Needless to say it looked nothing like this to the naked eye, but on a macro level all the details come to light.
Dragonfly
Next week Saturday I will be attending a Canon Live class on macro photography. How appropriate that today I would come across a dragonfly in the backyard. I shot em with natural & artificial light.
Your fly is down
Caught this huge fly fornicating on my guava tree so I caught em and shot em. MP-E 65mm f/2.8 1-5x Macro with a MT-24EX flash.
Spider
Found this spider playing in our shower. I have no idea the species but I figured I should shoot em.

Buggy

Splash Fotoz
Sandy wuz away for the weekend so I decided to give myself an assignment. Splash photography has always looked cool to me, but I’ve never tried it. I’ve recently bought a triggertrap remote so in theory it should be really easy… Ok it wouldn’t show video on my camera, doh! Gotta do it the old …
