While I was out of town, Sandy called me up one night asking why I cut the screen on the window. I had no idea what she was talking about, but when I got home I noticed the large gap in the screen and assumed it was from the windy nights.
This morning Sandy spotted the problem…

I suppose the screen makes pretty decent nest construction material. Sheesh!
Met a neighbor who lives a few streets down on Benedict Court. Their window screen was vandalized, too! We think it’s time to start a neighborhood crime watch against these birds.
