In a previous post I touched on getting my feet wet and dabbling into AI images. I wanted to attempt to produce images via AI that I would normally get using my camera. Below are comparisons of actual photos vs AI.
The AI is not quite there yet (nor are my AI skills), but it’s just a matter of time. Yes there will always be occasions where I have to capture moments, but for other cases I don’t think I need my camera.

The AI versions of Jon and Sandy are at least as good as the real images, IMO. Maybe slightly better. And the thing to keep in mind is that progress continues in the area of AI imagery. Inevitable improvements in output resolution and quality will make things even more interesting.
