Took a quick trip to the Hayward Shoreline Interpretive Center to shoot the sunset. Unfortunately by the time I got there the clouds disappeared.

Took a trip to Middle Harbor Shoreline Park. I’ve never seen so many ding dang burds in my life.
K&F Concept
I received a new K&F filter. What makes this one different is that is has both circular polarizer & variable neutral density elements. The skies have been so boring lately, but today finally we got some clouds.

Woke up at 4:00 and couldn’t go back to sleep, so I headed to the water to shoot the sunrise.
Lightning Storm
The early morning lightning storm woke me up at 4:17. I ran out to the shore in the hopes of capturing something. Sadly these lightning strikes caused a number of fires all over northern California. I did a B&W composite
