Rhea & Max are up for the weekend and tonight Rhea treated us to a great dinner at Alley & Vine.
Alan turned me on to a bread baking class that uses spent grains from the local breweries. This class was held at Faction Brewing here in Alameda.
This Sunday we went to Matt & Cait’s house for Easter.
Had to drive up to Medford, Ashland & Klamath Falls for 3 weeks now. That’s too much work and no time to take photos. Gotta bring that tripod next time. Actually I found out how to do long exposures with my iphone.
I did manage to find a good brewery in Ashland.
Also got to visit with Leo in Bend. Seems like all I do is work and eat.
Today I photographed Nico Bleeko at his basketball playoff game (They won). The ding dang lights in the gym were so dim I had to shoot at ISO6400. The resulting images were so noisy I had to convert them to B&W and go through a long noise reduction process. The things I do for Nico.
I’ve been wanting to make Pizza for the longest time. So I made one for dinner (Americas Test Kitchen recipe) and one for happy hour. It was supposed to be fermented in the frig for 12-24 hours, but I didn’t have the patience.
Woke up early and decided to check out the sunrise. The low level clouds kept it from being spectacular, but the high level clouds made it interesting.
It was foggy this morning on my way to Marysville.
I think it’s been 10 years since we’ve seen each other, so today I met Bunny and her kids (Olivia & Ian) at Ramen Nagi.
Tonight was Tawny’s turn with Leo. Of course everyone’s gotta jump in the frame.
