Had to make a trip to Idaho. Unfortunately for me the worlds largest Basque festival started the day I arrived. I could not get a car rental reservation to save my life. I ended up taking a taxi for a 50 mile drive… $150 each way. This took so much time that I missed my flight back home. I rewarded myself by eating a Vietnamese lunch/dinner.
The account was located on Mountain Home Air Force Base which was my last assignment before I discharged from the military. I brought my camera thinking I was gonna be able to drive to the river to photograph it, yeah right.
