We got together with Jim, Kelly, Steve & Diane tonight at the Chop Bar. We haven’t seen each other in a long time. The Oxtail Poutine was to die for. Sorry my pictures suck.

Gourmet Adobo?
I once asked Sandy why couldn’t you use a pork tenderloin for adobo. When I came back from Dallas I found this in the frig. It’s still in the experimental stages we are getting close to our target.
Coming home
Got home from a 4-day business trip. Sandy made Ossobuco… it’s good to be home.

Northern California Ukulele Festival 2011
I haven’t been to a N. Cal Uke Fest in years. Saw a lot of familiar faces & reconnected with some old friends. I was turned away at the door as I was carrying my camera (no cameras allowed). Needless to say I didn’t take any pix.
Orchids
