Memorial Day 2008
Rather than treat this as another day off and grill a big steak for dinner, I thought I’d go to the Memorial Day service here at Bay Farm Island to remember those who gave their lives for our country. Then we went to our neighbor’s house for a steak dinner.
Crater Lake
I’ve been trying to get up to Crater Lake for years ever since I saw it through an airplane window on a flight to Oregon. On the day I finally get to go, the weather is miserable. I have to go back when the weather is better. Perhaps during a sunrise.
