After what seemed like forever, our backyard project is finally complete. Of course I forgot to take a “before shot”. Regardless, where Sandy is standing used to be an ugly patch of weeds and dirt. Wait…I did manage to find a “before shot”.

Happy Burd Day
This year, we had Thanksgiving dinner at Jennifer and Rick’s. The food was excessive and delicious. As usual, I spent too much time eating & laughing so only a few pix were taken.
Saturday morning breakfast
This morning we visited one of our favorite breakfast spots, Ole’s Waffle Shop. The line is usually long… for good reason. Great waffles!

It was a short trip. As usual, I didn’t have time to do much other than work.

Tonight we met Jim & Kelly at César in Piedmont for tapas and vino. The food was excellent, the company was even better.

While Jen’s birthday is not until Tuesday, we celebrated this evening with a dinner at Krung Thai in San Jose. The food was excellent! Then we went back to Jen & Rick’s house to enjoy toasted almond cake for dessert . Happy birthday, Jen!

Someone asked me how I make my panos. The seven 2912 x 4368 shots below were shot with a 35mm f2.8 lens, converted from RAW to jpg then imported into a panoramic stitching software which created the 13,216 x 4140 image. Any flaws or artifacts are then corrected in PhotoShop CS2. This process will become …
Church?
It’s not easy for me to set foot in a church feeling the way I do about religion, but I made an exception to watch the baptism of Aidan Wy Bordador. Unfortunately, I couldn’t take any photos during the ceremony, just a group shot afterwards.
