Mini

iPad mini arrived today. This is mainly for Sandy to read her books as her phone is too small, but I plan on using it as a photo viewer on my photoshoots as my LCD screen on the back of my camera is too small. It will hook up via my EyeFi card on my …

Shoe Tree

I saw this a while back, so this time I made sure I was on the right side of the road and stopped to shoot a photo. I’d like to know the history of this tree. Just found out that this is the 2nd tree. Some vandals it cut down the original, sad.

Santa Ramen

Today we went out with a few of our neighbors to Santa Ramen for lunch. I’m so predictable… stewed pork belly.

Hummer Shoot

Been trying to shoot Humphrey for quite a while now. He’s proved to be very elusive…

Tjader II

Tjader bought us a nice sushi lunch. (He tried to use a Discover card, no one takes that anymore.) So I thought I’d repay him by shooting some portraits.

SF Orange

Picked up Tita Nene last night and noticed SFO was adorned in Giants orange. While I don’t follow any sports, the orange glow was quite cool. I’ll try to shoot Coit tower as it is lit up, too.

Canon Learning

Today I spent all day in San Francisco at the Left Space Studios to attend a Canon Live Learning event. If my photography skills get better it was worth the price; if they don’t, that means I’m incapable of learning anything.

Tita Susan

We were invited to celebrate Tita Susan’s birthday last night at Mana in San Mateo. I haven’t seen her in such a long time.

Lindsay

I found out via Cait’s posting on Facebook that Lindsay’s choreography was featured at a Santa Clara University dance recital. Well I couldn’t make the Saturday performance so I opted to show up at the dress rehearsal to see if could grab a few shots. The lighting was difficult to say the least.
