Today we dropped off Judy at her Burd Boarding facility as we will be on vacation soon. We then drove to San Jose to have dinner with the Nakamatsu’s. I tortured Kathy’s kat with my camera.

Sonoma County Fair 2010
Today we decided to run up to Santa Rosa because we have never been to the Sonoma County Fair. We were looking participate in a sophisticated cultural event… okay it was really to see Splash Dogs, Acro-Cats and maybe even get in a Derby Dog Dash.

Pee Wee
The baby birds we cared for are a species called Black Phoebe. The weaker of the three didn’t make it. Sandy named him Pee Wee. PW was buried last weekend and was given a proper burial complete with calla lily grave marker.
