Pilipino Day #1
Got an email from Sandy… Hi hun, So far so good. Everyone met me at the airport, including Pinky who jumped between departure and arrival terminals just to see me before flying out to Hong Kong. I’m being overfed. Breakfast #2 was longganisa, eggs, rice, tamales. Daddy made me a special coffee blend of half brewed …
Philippine bound
Sandy hopped on a PAL flight tonight on her way to spend a few days in the Philippines. Of course there were the ubiquitous Balikbayan Boxes at the ticket counter. I always get a kick outta that. Have a safe flight Hun, see you soon.
Ate Ina
Today we were lucky enough to get a visit from Ate Ina. In her honor, I decided to grill a 10lb Rib Roast (2hrs). OMG I think I’m gonna have a meat hangover tomorrow.
Patty’s Place

Angel Fish Food
Pearl was in town so we all met at Angel Fish for dinner.

A Lovely Lunch
Since it was such a nice day we took Mommie & Daddy to Sam’s Chowder House in Half Moon Bay for lunch. I had the Maine Lobster Roll, excellent. BTW these are the very first photos from my new camera although I forgot to set it to shoot RAW, doh!
Yankee Pier
Had a nice lunch with Jon today at Yankee Pier in Santana Row. I had the Scallop Risotto special, very yummy! Jon had some boring salad.
50th Part II
Six months after Mommie & Daddy’s Golden Wedding Anniversary party (I) in the Philippines, Auntie Puring hosted another party (II) in San Diego coinciding with the actual wedding date, December 27. I got sick so I wasn’t planning on going but it was an important party so I couldn’t miss it. It was great to …
