Gourmet Adobo?
I once asked Sandy why couldn’t you use a pork tenderloin for adobo. When I came back from Dallas I found this in the frig. It’s still in the experimental stages we are getting close to our target.
Coming home
Got home from a 4-day business trip. Sandy made Ossobuco… it’s good to be home.
Juicy
Sandy got me a bottle of Guava Juice. With a name like that it has to be good.
Zen
We had date tonight at Zen here in downtown Alameda. The Kakuni Pork Belly was to die for.
Dragon Rouge
Yesterday we had brunch at the Dragon Rouge here in Alameda.
Back to Honolulu
Had 24 hours in Honolulu to fix a problem. Needless to say I didn’t have time to do anything but eat a couple of meals and sleep.
