We both had the day off so after a nice breakfast of duck hash & eggs, we drove to the local shopping center to do some errands. We sat in the car listening to the MLK I Have a Dream speech. It was quite inspirational. For Christmas, Sandy gave me a gift certificate for a number …

SD Christmas
We flew into San Diego on Christmas morning for a short family visit. As usual Rhea forced me to drink too much, and I had a lot of fun (they go hand in hand). Therefore I didn’t take any photos. I will borrow Alex’s G10 when he gets up here and post his photos. I …
Christmas Eve 2010

It’s Christmas?
Today I met Sandy for lunch at our local shopping center. I can’t believe it’s Christmas time already. We ate at Daphne’s, Sandy had a Chicken Salad I had the Gyro. Later we took a walk on the shoreline.
Feels like a Sunday
I love 4 day weekends. Today, in between naps, we went for a walk and ate at the India Palace for lunch. Later I made Smoked Salmon & Asparagus Fettuccine Alfredo for dinner.
Koa’s Thanksgiving 2009
This year we went to Auntie Amy’s for the 1st annual Umami Thanksgiving celebration. As usual there way too much food and everything was delicious… I mean Umami. Thanks to Auntie & Cait for all the hard work. For the evening’s entertainment Koa had everyone’s attention with her Halloween Pig Costume. This is was also …
