Pandemic Crops

Perhaps its from being cooped up at home day after day but I started to plant some seeds from a leftover potato, avocado & papaya. We’ll see what becomes of it. Maybe I should get some farm livestock too. A weed eating goat that hates papaya would be cool.

Pandemic Cooking #2

Today Sandy bought a couple of Lamb Shanks so I wanted to replicate a dish we had in London. Ok actually things changed so we did a blending of 2 cultures. Sandy’s “Green” Persian Rice combined with my Indian Lamb Shanks and covered it with some puff pastry.
