Relaxing Saturday
Sandy & Kathy went to do some girly girly shopping while I did some manly blogging action. We did get to meet for lunch at Bowsers Pizza and followed that up with a “small” gelato from TuttiMelon.
Paradise Day 3
Someone from the office forgot I was in Honolulu and called me at 5:35AM. Since I was up, I thought I would treat myself to breakfast at the hotel restaurant… $16.00 for pancakes! Forget that, I went back to Honolulu Coffee Company and got a chocolate croissant and a cup of coffee. 3 more stamps until I …
Paradise Day 2
Woke up at 3:30AM and finally got outta bed at 5:30AM. Went downstairs and had a cup Kona Coffee and Banana Bread on Kalakaua Avenue, watched all the tourists. Took off for work at 8:00AM. A Lovely Day in Paradise
Work in Honolulu calls again. Day 1 wake up at 5:00AM, drive to SFO. Arrive in HNL at 11:10AM (local time). Work til 7:40PM (10:40PM to me). Sheraton upgraded me to the Moana Surfrider, Woo Hoo! Ate at Cheeseburger in Paradise. I’m exhausted.

Labor Day 2009
This year we had a small get together, just family & dogs of course.
Bay Bridge Shutdown
Yesterday, the Bay Bridge was closed for construction over the Labor Day weekend. The ferries were running all day so I decided to ride into the city for a dinner date. We ran over to Red’s Java House on Alex’s suggestion, but it was closed by time we got there. So instead we ate some …
Sandy’s Photos
Just got a hold of Sandy’s photos from her little SD880. As usual she’s making me look bad.
The In-laws
I’ve been submerged up to my neck with in-laws. They’re sleeping all over the house. There’s a constant noise level sun up to sun down. My niece Maxie has not yet learned to use her “inside voice”. I’m cooking for 9. And as much as I try to convince them how much of a pain …
