We paid Tami, Noah, Auntie Amy & Cait a visit to watch the football game. Not. I have no idea who won or who was even playing. All I know is we got to eat RT pizzas & play with Noah & Koa.

Alien Bees
Got a hold of a couple of used strobes via Ebay – I plan on using my Alien Bees AB400 alot. Did a test tonight and had trouble getting the strobes to fire consistently. By the time I got a PC sync cord hooked up it was too late. I still need some work on my lighting set up.
Lambtown 2011
We checked out Lambtown in Dixon today. It was pretty small and I think I only saw 1 lamb. They should have named it Alpaca Town. Sandy dined on the lamb riblets while I gnawed on a lamb sausage.
NEX nite
We met up with Jim & Kelly tonight at NEX in Oakland. The pressed watermelon salad was excellent as was the duck confit. I don’t have a small camera anymore so I had to make do with iPad photos.
We really should do this more often.
Little House
This morning we met the Yuen’s for a late breakfast at the Little House Cafe‘.
S100
S100 just got announced. I anticipated this so my S95 ebay auction will end in less than a day. Meanwhile I pre-ordered the S100 at Amazon.

As the 10-year anniversary approached, I wanted to commemorate those who died by photographing the Flight 93 memorial in Union City. I’ve investigated this place earlier and noticed all the up lights so I came last Friday to shoot a nightshot. Unfortunately they did not illuminate the memorial like I thought they would.

After the Chocolate Festival, Teddy & Christine took us out to Anh Hong Restaurant. As usual I got so excited by the food, I forgot to photograph it.
Ghiradelli Chocolate Festival
Today we ventured into the city via AC Transit, then took the Muni F line to the Ghiradelli Chocolate Festival. The stand out for me was the Chocolate Vodka!
Ramen Quest #4
Today I met Jon for lunch. We ate at Santouka in the Mitsuwa Shopping Center. Funny we both got the #4 salt ramen.
