I was alerted to a very large Humming Bird Moth during happy hour, so I snapped a quick photo with my phone. I then brought it home and was able to properly photograph it, but in my old age I got lazy and didn’t do a focus stack.

The pandemic sucked on so many levels so I won’t enumerate on all of that. There were a few good things to come of that though. I’ve met some great neighbors and one of them is Alan. He’s been responsible for my beer education while filling me up with Costco food. A truly generous man. We’ve been celebrated Alan’s birthday for the past 2 days. His actual birthday is 9/11. Happy Birthday my friend.

Today marks our 23rd wedding anniversary. We had plans on eating out, but we canceled opting for a home cooked dinner instead.

It’s been a long time since I shot a nature scene, so a sunset was called for. I didn’t have a location planned so I just ran out to the shore.
