Had a lunch meeting at Gilman. The veggie pizza was incredible and the the beer even better.

New Brood 2023
Today I got my 1st view of this years newest duckies.
Brioche
Bread has been my latest obsession. It started out with the glass bread, focaccia, then the baguette and now a brioche.
Still needs work.
