Pandemic Cooking #10
While perusing youtube I came across a Beef Wellington recipe from Chef John. I’ve always wanted to make this dish but the large size was a deterrent. This recipe calls for is individually wrapped portions kinda like a twinkie is to a cake, so I decided to give it a try.

Woke up early and ran out to Don Edwards Wildlife Refuge for the sunrise. I now have 3 inches of mud caked on my boots.
Beak Brain
Minnie Pearl will sit for hours under Sandy’s chair as she works on her computer. She can be quite moody, so I shot this “moody” portrait.

I get a kick outta buying calendars at 50% off this time of the year, when only the undesirable ones are left.
Chasing the sun
Happened to look out this evening and the sun was just peeking out through the clouds. I grab my camera and ran out there. While setting things up I realized I wasn’t wearing a mask so I had to run back to the house. By the time I got back it was to late.
