Today I made it for lunch. There is some potential there. I did top it off with a fig balsamic vinegar reduction and arugula.

The life and times of a true knucklehead – No photos to be used without permission

Had to work at the Marina Mammal Center in Sausalito. I stopped by Rodeo Beach after the call and shot this with my iPhone.
As I was waiting for the hummers, then I saw a Great Blue Heron out the corner of my eye.
Did my best to capture this hummer buzzing around in the early evening. Shot @ ISO 2000 & 12,800 so needless to say it was noisy. Thankfully Topaz DeNoise to the rescue.
I can’t remember taking this photo (2015?), but I decided to redo it.
I got hold a very used Sony A9II and had to try it out today. The lighting conditions were horrible but I couldn’t resist the diving terns.
Mommi was kind enough to treat us to Dim Sum at East Ocean.
Found this, I believe 1986 or so…
For Sandy’s Birthday we visited India Palace for lunch and for dinner she requested Korean Japchae. I did a poor job of documenting all of the days events. Later Dom & Marcus brought over gifts and finally Alan appealed to her sweet tooth.
Dido’s visit to the states was consumed by eating steak at every stop, that was about 4 times. We decided to give him a break since he left today… so we gave it to Sid.
