We had a taco night at Chris & Tami’s. They also presented me with a Birthday cake, so nice of them.

Sony A7III?

As soon as I got rid of my big Canon cameras, Sony announced the A7III, hmmmm.

That Building

As much as we dislike this building that blocks our view, it provided some focal points to this evenings sunset.

I made an attempt at shooting a family friends night time soccer game. I horribly underestimated the field lights intensity and the resulting images came out pretty damn noisy. I shot approx 345 images but most were trash. At some point I was shooting at ISO 20K. Those were unusable. While my Sony A6500 performed well the slow lens did not, lesson learned.

Downsizing

I haven’t used a DSLR in a long time so I decided to get rid of em. First the 5D3, then the 7D2. I have a love hate relationship with ebay selling. It feels like I spend too much time entertaining very stupid questions & requests.
