Last night we saw Jon at the Flint Center for a concert with the San Jose Youth Symphony. Rachmaninoff Piano Concerto No. 2. Jon was nice enough to block off a row of seats for us, we felt so special.
Isabella Class of 2012
Yesterday Isabella graduated from Alameda HS, so we went down to shoot a few photos.

I actually bumped into a customer of mine and a neighbor as well. Itz a small world.

More Burds in Distress
Aside from the baby Egrets today we stumbled upon a baby sparrow that looked too young to fly. There was a cat across the street, he didn’t stand a chance.

Egret Island 2012
It’s that time of the year again. The Egrets are here.

Sadly there were 2 youngsters on the ground. They probably fell out of the nest or got pushed out. I don’t think they’ll last very long. They were shaking like Chihuahuas.

Brave
I watched this billboard go up on the hangar at Oakland International over the weeks and wanted to shoot it. So here we go…

Blue Skies
The sky was such a pretty blue the other day I had to pull over and capture it.

Incontinent
Having decided to replace our refrigerator, we thought we’d give the Koreans a try as I’ve heard good things about them. Shortly after it was installed, it I heard Sandy scream from the kitchen. Apparently the water dispenser shot a stream of water at her. We cleaned it up but sure enough “Sammy” has continued to dispense about a quart of water a day. We have a service call in place. Meanwhile I have connected a tubing on the dispenser leading to a bucket to catch all the run off. We call it a catheter.

Balmy Alley
We did a quick trip into the city to check out Balmy Alley for a future photoshoot. Of course it was feeding time so we stepped into The Local Mission Eatery I had the Smoked Salmon Hash and Sandy dined on the Squash Benedict I believe.

Zeni
Harpo Harrigan
Tonight our neighbors Paul & Brenda invited us over for dinner. After an incredible halibut meal, I decided to shoot Brenda with her harp.
