We took a trip down south to celebrate Ysa/Brannon engagement and Maxie’s Graduation. While Sandy was at church Tawny & I stumbled on to a cool breakfast spot.
Empty Nester
The Robin’s nest was found abandoned today. Perhaps it was that squirrel raid that scared her off or the duck nest was getting too much attention.
It’s a good morning
The clouds were decent and the tide was low this morning.

On the way home I stopped at a few places. Somewhere near Vacaville. St Helena Carquinez Bridge. Lastly the High Street Bridge.

After working in Monterey I saw these folks floating on the air, so I had to stop and photograph them.

We’re Wining…
Paul & Brenda were nice enough to invite us on a wine tasting excursion. Ledson, St Anne’s Crossing & Ty Caton Vineyards. We also had a great lunch at Salt and Stone.
Sandy’s Bday 2022
Today is Sandy’s Birthday. We saw Top Hatters on Bay Area Check Please and decided this would be a good time to go. Everything was delicious, the only issue was the pork belly (forgot to photo). It was really good, but it tasted just like Sandy’s pork adobo. We could have had that at home.
Duckie Prequel
We have a duck that has decided our backyard is the best place for a nest sight. We are waiting patiently for the hatching ceremony (approx 28 days). Oddly a crow has decided to harass it. She lays on her eggs for days at a time while her mate waits bored out of his mind. …
