Dido’s visit to the states was consumed by eating steak at every stop, that was about 4 times. We decided to give him a break since he left today… so we gave it to Sid.

Pizza Pizza
My pizza game is slowly improving. I feel confident with my iron skillet Detroit style version. I’m just starting my Neapolitan versions. Last week I made a pear, blue cheese, candied walnuts with a balsamic reduction.
Ramen Station
We found a Ramen place that reminds us of Japan. You order at the vending station and it gets delivered via service window. There is no human interaction.

Grain Bakers
Alan turned me on to a bread baking class that uses spent grains from the local breweries. This class was held at Faction Brewing here in Alameda.
