Tonight we tried to take advantage of the San Francisco dine about town by going to Circolo. I don’t think any of us went with the prefixed menu. The food was excellent.

The life and times of a true knucklehead – No photos to be used without permission
Tonight we tried to take advantage of the San Francisco dine about town by going to Circolo. I don’t think any of us went with the prefixed menu. The food was excellent.
It was so windy they were predicting a huge storm. The schools were closed and govt employees were sent home. I thought I’d get stuck in paradise.
Drove by Union Point Park near the border of Alameda & Oakland.
Tonight we went up to the hills of Oakland to Patty & Tom’s place for dinner. The food & wine were excellent, the conversation even better.
Of course I had to torment Christine the cat with my camera. I forgot to photograph Willie the Corgi/Golden Retriever mix when he did his tightrope trick.
Pearl was in town so we all met at Angel Fish for dinner.
Judy likes to be outside her cage (mostly when Sandy is nearby). The problem is she’ll get spooked by who knows what and ends up flying. Last night, she got spooked as usual, flew and landed on Sandy’s back. Not being too smart she just froze instead of climbing to higher ground. I thought the tail feather display was quite cool.
Last night Mommie & Daddy left for the Philippines. I figured this would be a good test for the Mark II. These are shot at ISO 6400 with a 50mm f1.4 lens.
We had our last dinner at the Firewood Grill at SFO International Terminal. I had the Italian Sausage Panini, oh so messy.
Mommie wants to go back to Half Moon Bay. I’ll start doing the research.
Since it was such a nice day we took Mommie & Daddy to Sam’s Chowder House in Half Moon Bay for lunch. I had the Maine Lobster Roll, excellent. BTW these are the very first photos from my new camera although I forgot to set it to shoot RAW, doh!
I pre-ordered it September 26. The Fed Exp guy delivered it late last night. My expectations are high.
Had a nice lunch with Jon today at Yankee Pier in Santana Row. I had the Scallop Risotto special, very yummy! Jon had some boring salad.
