The life and times of a true knucklehead – No photos to be used without permission

A far cry from earlier this year (June).
Today we made a trip up to Natoma Park, for Daniel’s third birthday. Tons of food, kids, cake and games to satisfy all of us. Although my G10 let me down as it was too slow to keep pace with blinding speed of those kids. Therefore I’ve had to supplement the blog with some of Sandy’s photos. Perhaps they’re good enough to get Trish to leave a comment?
Finally had some time to work on that Bay Bridge Pano. I removed the stupid power cable that went all the way across and took a chainsaw to those trees. I need to revisit that location on a nice clear day.
On my way home today I took an exploratory drive on Treasure Island. I wish I would have brought a chainsaw!
In an effort to stimulate the local economy, I believe we should eat out more often. So this morning we ate a huge breakfast at Bips. Since I ate so much, I think I’ll buy a pair of stretch pants at the local department store.
We had another Fridate and once again we ate at Osha. Let’s see we had the angel wings, dressed prawns, tuna stacked tartare. The volcano beef was incredible and let’s not forget the lychee martini.
Since we’re back on standard time it creates a bit of a challenge for my G10. It’s low light performance is what you’d expect from a compact camera. My 5D Mark II should ship Nov 20-22…. Jim.
I sure hope today is the beginning of a new era in this country.
